Gannets Annexe is a 2 bedroom property, ideal for couples or families and is located just a few short, level steps from Appledore's lively quay, pubs, shops and restaurants.

Gannets includes 2 bedrooms, one large, light and airy double with views towards the quay, family bedroom with double futon bed and 3 single beds, ideal for children or family members to share.

Downstairs there is a cosy living room with coal effect gas fire, TV, DVD, comfy sofa, kitchen which is fully equipped, bathroom and entrance.

All bed linen is included in the rental.

Gannets Annexe can be combined with Myrtle Cottage (they are both part of the same 17th century cottage) to sleep up to 17 guests.  Perfect for big family holidays, groups of friends etc.
